How to use

  • Mix water with the following doses:

- Simple jobs 2%.

- Hard work 4%.

  • Mixing the TL-200 at the time of use will avoid problems in long storage, since the mixed product has a limited duration.

Applications

  • General machining: turning, drilling, grinding, sawing and even milling.
  • Special for stainless steels and cast iron.
  • For grinding hard materials.

Observations

  • When using TL-200 for the first time, we recommend cleaning the circuit well, ideally, using our D-15 cleaner.
  • To get a good emulsion, it is advisable to add TL-200 and shake afterwards, you should never pour water over the TL-200.
